Thanks for nearly screwing us out of that ending.
The General has taken on a new command.

I swear if the producer was in the same room with me when he pulled that I probably would have clocked him.

We switched out at DIRECTV no problem...only missed about 2 seconds.   ;D

SERocks

What happened? I was watching online and had no problems.

Big Papi

They switch to Tennessee game with 25 seconds on the clock.  Actually did it twice coming back from the timeout.  Missed the Acker free throws and something else.

WarriorHal

It's now safer to watch the game online. None of this switching around crap. I've always hated that CBS did that during the early rounds. All I care about is Marquette...don't give a damn about any other team or game!

muPARTY

the Tenn/Ok St was a good watch though, that was really close.

i wonder why CBS just doesn't do the  picture-in-picture thing

Might be safer but I like the 51 inch TV in high def.

I thought we were in the no switch area for the MU game.  Who would have thought.

This is just as bad...if not, worse.

Way worse....that would really suck.

On the other hand, on DirecTv I saw just about everything on March Madness.

How exactly do Mormons do "fuming" mad? Would it be like a mob of  Ned Flanders calling in to complain about something?

Brewtown Andy

They kicked out during some free throws for a play in a tight game with less than 30 seconds left.  Who cares.

"Why can I not watch the Aggies on the television?  I don't want to watch North Dakota State or Stephen F Austin.  Get the Utah State on the television.  If it was the Utes or Cougars the game would be on."

Tribby, that looks more like West Virginia fan.
The shaka sign, sometimes known as "hang loose", is a gesture of friendly intent often associated with Hawaii and surf culture.

Isn't the feed supposed to become live on the MMM package immediately when the local channel isn't on the game Chicos? That's the main reason to buy the package if you live in WI is it not?

I didn't buy MM package this year because of past switching problems when MU was the featured team in my area. I will say that CBS did a great job switching games for the the 2 ot games last night.

NavinRJohnson

That was my initial reaction, but in the end I think they actually did a good job showing both endings. I think they were gambling on a time out in the MU game which didn't come, but all anyone really missed was 2 Acker FT's.

MarquetteFan94

Why can't they do a split screen or picture-in-picture????

It's a manual switch so it doesn't happen immediately, but the guys did a very good job this year.  Last year, we had some issues in the first round of not switching out quickly enough.

Eye

Thanks. Honesty compels me to report you were a little slow on the switch a couple of times in the MU game yesterday, as has obviously been reported.

Yeah, I watched the feed in my office yesterday and again last night on the DVR....never saw it go beyond 2 seconds.  That's a quick switch in my opinion.  Let's put it this way, for many people without the service, there is no switchback at all and they just get flat out hosed.
