Co-Conference Champions?
« on: February 22, 2009, 01:40:36 PM »
I was wondering, are the tie-breakers simply for seeding in the Big East Tournament?

Say Marquette, Pitt, Louisville, and UConn all finished 15-3.  Are they co-champions with each other or do the tiebreakers decide conference champion in addition to BET seed?

I thought I remember a few years ago two teams having the same record and being co-champions.

You would simply have co-champions.  The BET needs to have a #1 obvioulsy to make the bracket work.
