Is it just me, or are we seeing a lot of lopsided games this year in NCAA hoops?  And I don't just mean by the higher ranked teams - in fact - lots of them are losing by large margins.  Like the past few days - 'nova stomps ND, Vandy runs over Bama, South Carolina shatters two decades old losing margin records in a matter of days...

Not to completely discount competitive games - because there are still plenty of those - but it seems the number of blowouts have gone up.

Everybody talks about parity - but this particular phenomena is strange.  Maybe everyone has more talent, but play is more erratic?  Maybe it's strategies, or coaches, or just home court advantages?

Anyhow, just something that I noticed, and wanted to see if others had thoughts on it.  Or perhaps I'm making too much of it, and it's always been there  :-\

Sure would be nice to have one of those lopsided wins.  How about a lopsided win on Sunday?
Luke 6:45   ...A good man produces goodness from the good in his heart; an evil man produces evil out of his store of evil.   Each man speaks from his heart's abundance...

It is better to be fearless and cheerful than cheerless and fearful.

just to throw out a contradiction.

OSU v. Texas - 3OT

anyone wathc this game?? it was ridiculious.  Durant hitting shots like an experienced senior (hes a frosh) he can work it from the post, point or wing.  Hes got tyrus thomas type of althleticism (probly a little less) got the handles and the shot.  I gotta say that OSU woulda won alot earlier if they had a pointwho could break the press.

i'd consider our thrashing of west virginia to be a pretty lopsided victory...
