Sir Lawrence

ON THE CUSP: Arizona (the thin 'Cats are still scary, but are they hitting a wall?), Texas A&M (I think the Aggies are top-10 caliber, but their best win right now is Winthrop, and they have to earn their way in), Memphis (the Tigers look ready to run the table in C-USA), Duke, Alabama, Air Force, LSU, Notre Dame, Southern Illinois, Syracuse, Marquette, Clemson, Creighton, USC, Tennessee, Texas.

Luke Winn has the best power ratings out of anybody.  I mean he has the Badgers #1...which i hate. But honestly, who deserves it more? plus hes not scared to put butler/Wichita state up top which i like.
