Did anyone catch the picture of the UConn trainer as she attended to Jerome Dyson the other night?

what am i missing...

BTW i like the list brings back alot of good times of bars and a campus scene that no one now days will ever know.  While MU has made the necessary changes to remain a viable place for parents to send their children it was once a place that was absolutely indescribable and definitely not something you tried to describe to your parents.

Lighthouse 84

I could use a trainer like her working on me....

You're right about the changes at MU.  As a parent who may send a kid or three to MU, I'm happy about them.  As a former student, the thoughts of free block parties, parties at the Lighthouse, Strack, the Budhouse, Yellow House, Pleasure Palace, Row Houses, etc make me laugh and again think about how I'm happy things have changed at MU.

That may not be his knee in the air...hello!   I knew and loved many of those bars.   My freshman year is the first time they charged for block party and I remember the outrage among the upperclassmen.     Starting your weekend on Wednesday with $1 imports at the Ardmore, finishing it up with two 24 ounce taps for a buck at Heg's on Sunday. (IIRC.   Age dims some things)   I would argue that having 19 year olds be legal is actually healthier than fake ID's and drinking in secret, but that is a discussion for another thread.

That Block Party in the spring, 1984, gave rise to the great penny protest!  Thanks Poss!

I must know more of this "Lighthouse" you speak of.  I wasn't there in the 80's, but the name lived on into the 90's, although with a different spelling.  Curious is there's a connection.

The Lighthouse was a house on 15th Street, 120 steps from OD's.  The house had a big bay window on the top floor in front that gave a lighthouse effect.  It was voted 10th favorite drinking establishment and 7th favorite building on campus in 1984.  Sadly (or, given the condition of the house I should say thankfully), it's been leveled for a parking lot.

The trainer couldn't help Dyson too much.  He is out with a torn knee, some lateral minicus thing.

To get back to the topic, here's what she looks like from the front:

Cute girl but not "hot" - like the first picture better :D

I like a hot college girl but those are some luke warm photos.  Does "getting low" and showing some lower back make the cut?  If so, you should get out more.

+1. Besides, she's probably a nice kid who doesn't need a bunch of guys anonymously posting about her on an internet message board.

Now that I've seen the front picture, I agree.   She's good from far but far from good....
