I mentioned this in the Illini (I was at the game) thread but W. Ky. looked great for 35 minutes and awful for the final five. They couldn't handle Illinois' pressure, never mind if they face a decent team. But, I think they could give Gonzaga a run tomorrow.

Western Kentucky has a talented team and outplayed Illinois last night, but the Illini were facing the same situation as MU; a starting point guard out of action due to injury.  Many folks picked Western Kentucky because of Chester Frazier's absence.  Much like James, Frazier was the defensive stopper for his team throughout the year.  Let's hope Marquette enjoys a better post season fate.
