I really wanted to make this happen, but I'm not sure everyone that posted understand that in order to get the trip together, we'd need to come up with $65 per person for 50 people in order to cover the tickets and transportation costs.  All together, that's $3250 !

I've added a poll to the top of the thread to see how many $65 packages we can come up with.  Please Vote - if the number is high enough, then we'll move forward on Monday.  If instead you just have a $ amount you're willing to donate, I'll add some options for that too.

Just thinking out loud here, but is the St. John's game even realistic?

The game is at 8pm...they'd be driving all night to get back to Richmond. It's a Saturday night game, I understand, but still. Would work a lot better if it were an early afternoon game.

Regardless, I could probably swing the cost for two.

I guess I should clarify - I'm only talking about getting them to the @ DePaul game.  They already have the tickets for it, and would just need to turn on the charter bus.

To switch to a different game would require someone else to organize everything.  Yes the St Johns game may be a little bit better logistically - but they selected the Feb 3 @ DePaul game originally, so that's what I'm going with.
