Dunno if you saw Dominic James, Marquette's mighty mite 5-11 point guard, cleanly block a dunk attempt by Tennessee's 6-7 jumping jack Scotty Hopson last week, but let me tell you, it was a thing of beauty. James was also sensational in Monday night's gutty win at NC State, contributing six assists and 18 points (4-for-6 from three), including a game-winning trey with 0.4 seconds left. James flirted with turning pro numerous times in his college career, but he made smart choices by staying in school. He is small, but he is a freak athlete who has improved his shooting considerably. Looks very much like a pro to me.

"I don't give a damn if he can't do nothing else. He can shoot, and I love the way he shoots. I don't care if he can't dribble, can't rebound, can't play defense... that kid can shoot the ball." - Tracy McGrady on Steve Novak
