It's all based on your cable/satellite provider. ATT offers it and I thought TWC had it inside one of their packages.

Time Warner caries ESPNU on its digital access level of service, which is the first step up from its basic service ( which is pretty minimal ).

I just talked to a rep from Time Warner in Milwaukee and ESPN U is covered in the next package above the standard digital cable package for an extra 6.95 a month. I don't know what is all included with this package but I already pay way too much for cable and I am not willing to give out another 6.95 a month.

If you call TWC and ask for the Sports Pack, it's like an extra 6 bucks a month. Comes with the Fox College Sports channels, ESPNU, Classic, NBA TV, Fox Soccer Channel, and a couple of others.

Went to the link, signed up for an account, and then the "stream" popped up a justin.tv player.  Hah.  So, I'm pretty sure you'll be able to watch it straight from the justin.tv site - no need to register.
