NC State Game Televised Locally?

i was looking at my guide and didn't see any channel covering the game in Milwaukee.  am i missing something, as i thought all the games were covered locally.

Yeah, SNY thought they'd televise Ark-Pine Bluff and Cincy over MU and NCST???  Does ESPN have exclusive rights to these games? 

I really dislike ESPNU and the NFL network.
