San Diego Warrior

Any word on how long McMorrow is supposed to be out?

If he is able to get healthy, is there any chance he would be able to play in the second half of the season?  I thought there was some sort of rule that allowed incoming players to sit out the first half of the season only, or is that only for special circumstances?

He won't play this year. Transfer rules say you have to miss a full year. If you transfer at the semester you can play the 2nd half of the season

Transfers from a Canadian school have to follow the same rules as transfers from an American school.   Sit out this year, red-shirt sophomore next, so 6 newcomers for Buzz to integrate.   At least it will be a balanced class.   And, last I read, he won't be allowed to do basketball drills until February.

Well, at least McMorrow will have seen a year of practices.  Puts him in a lot better shape than the new guys walking in and wondering where the practice gym is...
