Update on Tyler Hansborough injury?

Does anyone have any new information on this, last I heard was his injury was a stress fracture and he was out "indefinitely".  Is there any more information on this.

If he is out for an extended period of time/whole year, college basketball is wide open as to who is #1.

Hansbrough averaged 22.6 points and 10.6 rebounds in leading the Tar Heels to a school-record 36 wins and the Final Four last season. He will miss about two weeks of practice after being diagnosed last week with a stress reaction in his right shin.
