I've been hearing Shaka talking about approach goals vs avoidance goals in seemingly every interview. Last night, Tyler embodied what he's been preaching. Against his kryptonite D, TK took the game by the nuts.

Great article.  Coaching is so important at this level and Shaka seems ready for any circumstance.
