Title: [Cracked Sidewalks] Creighton Preview
Post by: brewcity77 on October 29, 2022, 07:55:58 AM
The media consensus on Creighton is clear. This should be a top-10 team, a clear Big East favorite, and a team with Final Four potential come March. Cracked Sidewalks looks a little bit deeper into the Bluejays and the mathematical likelihood of the #50 ranked team in kenpom jumping into the top-10 without a significant personnel upgrade.

Good stuff Brew.  Will be interesting to see if Creighton can live up to expectations.

Mods need to update TV network.  Isn't it FS1?
I have to believe Creighton has played the toughest schedule to date.
Texas Tech, Arkansas, Arizona, Texas, Nebraska, BYU, Arizona State.

Hah yes.  Chalk up another error for me (I was actually impressed I updated it to ESPN2 for ND...).

I'll halve my salary now...

MU’s going to catch a break with Kalkbrenner’s mono. I’m guessing he doesn’t play tonight, and can’t imagine even if he tries to play Friday he’ll be anywhere close to 100%.

Oso had his best game of the year last season at home against Creighton.

10-12 with 22 points and 5 rebounds.  He can be effective against Kalkbrenner either way.

I'll have to see it to believe it when it comes to this group beating Creighton.

I thought last year all 3 games were winnable and they just couldn't pull out any of the 3.  Such a frustrating season against the Blue Jays.

2 OT loss at home without Kam.
Blown 2nd half lead at Creighton.
Just short of a comeback at MSG.

I'll say thanks Rocky.  It's nice to always be able to find the listing quickly.
