This could get ugly. We're bricking like crazy and this pace favors UCLA. Shaka needs to adapt and we have to play more disciplined half-court basketball. Kur has been great defensively but that's the only positive thus far. And our h-c defense is much better than our transition D. We better get it together because we're in imminent danger.

Exactly right. They seemingly have zero understanding of a good and bad shot or the definition of patience. But even scarier is this pace today favors UCLA. You have to adapt to your personnel. When you launch bad shots, and deep shots, it leads to easier looks for UCLA on offense. We've missed open looks but we're still taking quick shots.

Homer used to coach grade school girls basketball and he would come to where i ran the gym on weekends for Notre Dame/Don Bosco games and those girls could shoot better than what Shaka brought in.

Honeymoon period is over for shaka, this is embarrassing. kolek is derick wilson shooting right now. talent level offensively appears awful and one must wonder why we didn't take more advantage of the transfer market (in terms of offense). fan base is getting impatient.....

I hear ya but essentially the game was over after 15 mins. It was 33-10 and they didn't really need to focus much after that.

I honestly don't think UCLA played particularly well minus the one stretch we allowed them to get out in transition. Jaquez played well but that's about it.
Dude, they had a rough time getting to Milwaukee and Cody Riley did not play. They did not play that well but the outcome was never in doubt.
