Ditto, except that by the time I read it it was -2,5 MU.

Hah, if only it were that easy! But, in that case, rent the 2nd one out, and bet all the rent money on other "stone cold locks"

Second house is just a giant foam pit like at those gymnastics places. Worry about the smell later.
