It said mixed use. So the Arby’s needs some apartments above it.

Only being open November-March would be an issue too.

I don't think much. Safe & Sound, Inc., which is a neighborhood/community/police partnership supported by a bunch of corporate donors, has its offices in that building, but I don't think it uses a lot of space.
