I understand a couple posts about MUScoop were deleted over on the scout site.  Not to worry though, we don't hold grudges and think fans should be aware of all the news....

Marquette Hoops has a good article about Blackledge today.  Read it there, and discuss here ;D

I would hope that they don't view us as competition as much as an allied source.  I was hoping and still am that both sites would support each other and provide links to each others sites.  Their recruiting information and insight is well worth the money but I see this site having its own advantages in dishing out information related to the MU basktball program.  The last thing I want to see is a fragmented MU fan base.  (THat is kind of what we had between scout and rivals.)

I completely second mufanatic's and rocky's thoughts.  Let's continue to be diligent about crediting sources and providing links to those sources where possible.  Respecting other sites for what they provide can only benefit us all here in this mu basketball community forum.  Each place has its benefits.

Well said.  A major goal of mine is to be able to have MUScoop consolidate all the news for fans (as well as creating some of our own...).  Marquette Hoops has some great content, and I intend to make people here aware when they do have (public) content.  It only hurts the fans if we fail to include all the news sources available.
