Title: Tyler Herro NBA draft spot?
Post by: TommyMU on April 11, 2019, 02:04:41 PM
Now that we can all admit and at same time move past our failure on getting this guy for one year, let's focus our attention on seeing who can guess his exact draft spot in June's NBA draft.  Please include explanations along with guess.

It should be a big win for area BB getting a guy drafted.

Well considering that Tyler Herro put "Wisconsin High School Basketball on the map" it has to be a higher pick than any other player from Wisconsin got right? The highest I can remember is Devin Harris at #5, so he's got to be at least top 4.

Tyler cost himself a Final Four by choosing UK over Wisconsin
He cost himself a Natty by choosing UK over Marquette

That's his legacy.

LeBron couldn't have gotten WI to Final 4 this year.

He never wanted to come to MU so this premise is a non issue. He wanted a blue blood, when that happened it was over.  Let Wisconsin have the bad image for having him decommit.  Same would have happened to us.

Why don't you start a thread about where EVERY guy who never even considered MU will get drafted?

Matter of time.  These things take some time.

If you're a family member, your time would be better spent focusing on Tyler's bright future. If you're not a family member, you should seek therapy.
