Ok last night U was trying to list two of our tix on stubhub, I have taken the screenshot from the account as advised, but could not get it to upload. Stubhub kept saying that it could not read the file, and asking if I was trying to enter a picture if a paper ticket. I even watched the video to see what I was doing wrong.
Additionally I tried to list on ticketmaster and it kept saying that I needed to enter a barcode even though I was indeeed entering the barcode from my Apple Wallet ticket.
I don’t have season or miniplan, just single sale so can’t use the ticket exchange.
Any thoughts?
