Is it common for a college basketball coaching staff to have 2 associate head coaches on it?

Guessing raises come with the title promotions.  Maybe MU's administration wanted to give Wojo that raise MUFNY was talking about but he took a pass to give these guys raises, hey?

Also, I'm sure they were and that it's been discussed here, but were Stan and Brett on Drake's staff at the same time?  Wasn't Drake's former head coach on staff at MU at one point?

Carrawell was a finalist for the Furman job.  Is more the glue guy versus recruiter.

Yes, Stan and Brett were both assistants at Drake under Mark Phelps who also was at MU for a cup of coffee before leaving for Arizona.
After Phelps, Drake hired Ray Giacoletti who brought on an assistant by the name of Todd Townsend. Giacolleti flamed out after three years and change, shortly after Townsend quit to come back "home" to Milwaukee... UWM, that is.
Giacoletti, in case you weren't aware, was the coach who succeeded the legendary Rick Majerus at Utah.

So basically all roads lead to (or from) Marquette.

Great. Now Carrawell is going to transfer to Iowa State.

Drake's new HC was at Minnesota as a mgr... he's brought in former assistant under Clem to be one of assistants... none other than Sacar's HS coach

The world is much like chicos... not small, but tiny

I thought you made one guy the associate with the idea that he would take over if somehow the
head coach goes down, like a vice-president,no?
