Title: SOTG Hoopville
Post by: brewcity77 on July 16, 2016, 11:20:12 PM
Good performances from a few, but my voted for Joe Chapman. Kept them in it with good shooting and played tough despite being undersized on defense. Old man was the key.

Best part of the game was the uncensored audio from Wes. Derrick Wilson playing the 4 on offense too was funny to watch as well.

Where was Davante? Team badly needs size. Even Jamil might be the tallest guy on the squad at the moment.

Davante won't be available until next week. Hopefully Jamil will play today. Could also use Lockett out there, not sure when he can play.

Definitely Joe Chapman.

But what about Derrick Wilson 3-4 on free throws and .500 behind the arc!

Not to mention defending the post.

On the other side, I was impressed with 39-year-old Rico Hill. Big man had some serious game for his size. Did a great job of getting to the rim from 10-12 feet out smoothly. Seemed sort of like an old man version of Davante Gardner.

Which really makes me sad, because he's my age ;D
