My buddy is seeing Clapton in London next week. I imagine there will be quite a tribute to Mr. King...may he Rock In Peace

I have seen him many times over the years and for the past ten he had to play while seated. He was hardly in great health.

That doesn't mean it wasn't homicide.  There must be some reason behind looking into it for an old man in poor health.

I don't know about this particular case, of course, but survivors often accuse caregivers etc of poisoning or otherwise hastening the death of an already ill/frail elderly person.  Especially children of the first marriage who do not care for the late in life second (or third) spouse.  Sometimes they are right.  But not often.
