The name is a bit misleading but basically it means he plans on playing basketball in Europe.

Wow, how could I have missed such a great major? Like to see the great leaders who have come out of this program and the accomplishments of the leaders who created this curriculum. Oh never mind, that suggests someone would be held accountable for results.
