It was about expectations....last year MU had many and shat the bed. This year, we have none. Many of those expectations are based on people putting a ton of value into the stuff. I, for one, am glad that many MU fans won't be hooked into this stuff this year for the same reason last Fall I kept asking who was going to play point guard when crazy comments like "we are a Final Four sleeper team" popped up here.
Call it a service to help get people back on planet earth.

What I think is wild is that Lunardi is predicting the Big East gets 5 bids in 2022-23! The guy is good!!!

I really feel that we've fallen down on our responsibilities on this thread. Can't anyone make a case for Wisconsin being extremely lucky this year, and that they will fall flat on their faces next year to the point where they'd be lucky to make the tournament. For God's sake let's give their board something to link to! You know they'd do it for us, if the shoe was on the other foot.
