Are you trying to say witholding information about a BJ should have the same verdict?  That is called Juris prudence.  Stakes are a bit higher in this one - visit a VA hospital and find out.

Now that Valerie Wilson Plame has testified under oath that she WAS a cover operative and that her intelligence networks were compromised due to this information being leaked, perhaps this should all be re-visited.

The key is in the interupretation of the term "cover operative"----that could mean she was out there in the world of intrique (doubtful)----or it could mean that she was a middle person or conduit (between the CIA and the real "cover operative"-----which would mean she was just a "carrier pidgeon" (more likely)!

You can bet your sweet bippie----if she had been out there in the world of intique----that Fitzgerald wouldn't have indicted the admitted "leaker" !

Was Fitzgerald pressured out by the Justice department?
