Fresh off the line..
Owen Hilltopper, class of 2030, born this morning.
(And if you were on I-43 north around 7pm last night and were passed by the AHOYA-mobile going 120: sorry. Now you know why my hazard lights were on. You'd drive that fast if your wife was screaming like that too!)
Congrats Kevin! Perfect father's day gift.
(Thankfully my wife doesn't read this board.) Actually .. I got the perfect father's day gift on Tuesday. My old TV went bust, and I "had to" go to BestBuy to buy a big new HDTV that night. My wife said "well, that's your father's day present, then."
Owen is technically a Flag Day (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_Day_in_the_United_States) present.
way to go HillTopper. Hope Mom and the little one are doing well.
Congratulations!
Hope he's tall. We can always use another big. Congrats.
Congrats!
It's my brother's birthday today as well!

good question! ZFB has a current 18 month old and a bun in the oven due in oct. what do other ticket holders due with the little ones?
Congrats, topper, way to go with 2 boys!
Chill for now. You can't be certain the rug rats will even dig basketball. Likely synchronized swimming will be the sport of the future. For those growing up in Madison its probable they'll breathe, eat, and sleep with the Badgers and become radical, pinko, Commies.
Congratulations. Enjoy them.
Good show to the whole family, Kevin.

Yeah, we haven't figured out what we want to do yet, with two seats +2 kids. We brought our (then) 18 month old to the cupcakes but he couldn't sit still. Most of the cupcakes, we had anywhere between 3 empty seats around us, to more than once nearly the whole row.
I think we just get lots and lots of baby sitters over the next couple seasons, then ramp up to 3-4 seats. No, wait, that won't work. I ain't bringing them to the good games.
Man, I should have thought of this before having kids. :-\
Buzz should institute a day care at the BC for games!
Have an Owen of my own (4) and a Jake(2 today). First congrats. Last year was the first year we bought four tickets, and I can tell you when the boys came with, it was a great purchase. That being said, we only brought them a couple times. My Owen loves sitting in his seat and looking for the Eagle (kind of hurts a Warrior, but oh well), and Jake after a couple minutes just runs around the concourse.
I say wait a bit, they will be on your lap for a while anyway. Congrats!
Congrats topper! Quite the flag day present ;)
All the best to you and your family!

no fuckin way. my kid wore an MU shirt to his daycare for Badger day last winter. Of course, the locals were talking crap to a 1 year old, but that just shows class.
Congratulations K.B.!
Owen B., MU Class of 2030. Trust me, the time will fly. Start saving your $.
Nope, it may come as a surprise, but my wife ('93) and I will strongly point our sons to a university away from home, outside Wisconsin.

Well, he'll still be the class of 2030, and you'll still need to save your money. Agree on the getting them out of the state, or at least the area. Sending the last one off this fall.
Congrats on son number two. I have four boys and we molded them into four Warrior fans and four Badger haters. My first two decided to stay in town, go to MU and live on campus. My oldest was accepted at ND but when we toured the campus he got a little queasy when we passed the Joyce Center. He graduated this year and never regretted his decision to go to MU.
On a side note, my husband has a flag day birthday and you can get a flag flown over the Capitol (the US capitol) on flag day if you write to your congressman. It is pretty neat.
Congrats MU and your wife! I was a 93 grad as well. What was her major? I've never shied away from the Warriors however I did want out go out of state. Better start saving as well as start prepping your kids. When I wanted to go to UNC Chapel Hill my SAT score needed to be twice the locals. They could get in with a 700.
Enjoy that beautiful baby! Tell your wife great job!
Congrats, I am still trying to convince my wife of the need for my little one to be a member of the MU class of 2029. I guess technically she can go anywhere she chooses, but that doesn't mean there won't be 18 years of subtle persuasion.
