A professor from Ohio University and the Center for College Affordability and Productivity released their set of rankings. They don't think the the US News rankings are very valid so they devised their own ranking system. It's fairly interesting. Marquette comes in at #69 on the list compared to #84 in the US News ranking. Here's a link to the article from Forbes.

We're up to 84 in US News? I thought it was 82 this past year and 81 the year before?

Good stuff. Madison just a handful of spots up ahead and plenty of Big Ten schools behind us....there goes that ridiculous argument many of them had

With a new law building and who knows what else coming, one can only expect MU to hold or improve their ranking.
