By Chad Ford, no mention of McNeal or James (http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/draft2008/columns/story?columnist=ford_chad&page=InOut). I guess his impression is that neither would be drafted.
James has already announced that he's out of the draft this year.

The Texas backcourt just declared, making the guards in the draft even more crowded. McNeal is likely coming back....thanks to Buzz.
My sources say McNeal will most likely declare but keep his options open so he won't be hiring an agent. take it as you will. we'll see how accurate I am in a few days.

He has no reason not to do this. He's a junior and won't need the opt out clause again - might as well go check out the camps since you can.
