Does anybody know?
I'm a little worried because my son's (very bad) AAU team is playing some team from Racine this weekend. On the one hand, I would love to see Jamil play, but on the other him posterizing my kid isn't really what I want to see.

Wisconsin Playground Warriors........I thought (not sure) that the team was founded by the folks who are the primary donors to MU's new soccer fields. BMA might know for sure, but I think that is why some questioned Judas's donation last year
If all it takes to get Wilson to MU is to donate for soccer fields, i'm all over it! Sign me up!

You are correct about the donation. Dennis Klein is the big donor to MU for the soccer fields and he founded Playground Warriors in 1991.
Technically, however, Wilson does not play for the Playground Warriors. That age group(17U) split off from the other teams this year and have been renamed Playground Elite or PG Elite. They have also switched from being an Adidas team to a Nike team. I believe it's still all the same people though, just a name change really.
Interestingly enough... Dennis has also been a big donor to UWM (just not as big as he is to MU) and is well connected with Bruce Pearl. The man has done a lot for this city. Can't wait to see the new soccer field.
