Well, I will be in the office all day with no available tv to watch the game from. So i am calling out to anyone out there in the same situation. Does anyone have suggestions on a website or something where I can watch the game??
I just saw a commercial for ncaa.com and it said you can register to watch all of the games for free. I don't know how it works, but recommend checking it out.
it was blocked. anyone else with any ideas?

Here's a suggestion: get a new job. ;D
CBS sportsline is showing every game on line
Come work where I do, we have 47" plasmas in every conference room. Conveniently all MU alums have the same meeting for 2 hours at 1:30 ?-( ;D

Ha, that was my first thought as well....good to see there are others on this board as cynical as I. But seriously, take a day of vacation or a long lunch. Or simply tell your boss you HAVE to watch the game today.
you could try redirecting your internet through a proxy or cloaking service to get around your pesky IT department.
You will probably violate your IT policy by doing it. I'm also not 100% confident that the NCAA.com service will work through a proxy server.
Anyway give http://www.the-cloak.com a try. You will need to pay for the premium service since you easily go over the bandwidth limits for the free version.
Another option would be to try to use someone's slingbox. If anyone on this list has one.

Not the first time I have thought that.
Take a long late lunch. That's my plan. Work later tonight to make up for it if you have to.
Take a half day off like I am. It's ok, you can do it :)
My question is, who the hell is at work today and most importantly, why?? At least take a 1/2 day of vacation. Come tourney time every year, I always take at least 1/2 days during Championship Week, and especially this week. Is there any other choice?? ;D
I didnt take any half days as i thought i would be able to watch the games from my computer. But no... hitler (my boss/IT Dept) has blocked anything with the words march, madness, basketball, online in any combination. The funny thing is that my MLBlive accountis able to be watched. So i can watch any baseball game that i want, but i cannot watch any basketball.
I hate my job.
Anyone out there want to hire an '07 grad?

Incorrect...they're showing 37 games and black out games in home markets. Many companies are putting up firewalls to prevent employees from watching in the office.

Can't watch the first-round NCAA tournament game between Marquette and Kentucky this afternoon? Check in on our Weblog today. We'll have a few game updates, but mostly we want to get you - the Marquette fans - involved.
I'll be throwing out a few observations throughout the game as discussion starters for you to add your own thoughts in the comments section.
For live updates on the game, here's the link to the South Region scoreboard, where you'll find the MU-Kentucky box as well as scores and boxes to all the other games in the tournament. If you have any questions about the game that you can't glean from the box score, ask them in the comments portion of this blog item and we'll check in with answers.
Let the madness begin.
