Title: Sun Times Blurb
Post by: DonCornholeone on March 18, 2008, 05:37:50 PM
From today's paper:

"HAYWARD MARQUETTE KEY: Marquette is best known for its three good guards: Dominic James, Jerel McNeal and Wesley Matthews. But forward Lazar Hayward will be the key to winning Thursday's first-round NCAA tournament game against Kentucky, according to one member of that talented trio.

James says Marquette becomes a tough team to play if the sophomore forward ''handles his business.'' And if James was trying to get his teammate's attention, it worked.

''He probably said that just to make sure I had the right mindset going into our game,'' Hayward said. ''But I definitely buy it. I think as I progressed during the course of the year, the team started kind of playing off and feeding off my energy.''"

Would be nice to see all of them firing on all cylinders this game - then we dominate.  We have to play like a unit out there - anticipating, reading, helping, passing cleanly - and if we have a game when all our starters are hot - look out - the Marquette train will keep rolling....
So let's get fired up MU!

GO MARQUETTE!!
