and they stand in the way of our 5/6 seed i must say without a shadow of a doubt

even if we beat SH and ND, a 5 seed would be a huge huge stretch. We were an 8 seed last year!
1. We finished with a better record in our last 10 than last year (I'm pretty sure)
2. McNeal got hurt last year . . . hopefully he won't this year.

3. Our worst losses this year are @Syr and @WVU. Last year we had North Dakota State plus a few others.
I think we're a 6 if we beat SH & ND, possibly a 5 if we somehow beat Louisville. 7 with a loss to ND and who knows with a loss to SH - probably a 9 just to piss me off.
8 if we get blown out by SH
7 if we lose a close one/ look respectable (which I don't know is possible in a loss to SH)
5 or 6 if we lose to ND
5 if we lose to Ville
4 if we make the final

I agree with this seeding, although I think we could still be a 6/7 seed if we lose to ND and a 6 if we lose to Lville. After last year's disappointing seeding - but even more disappointing play in the tournament - I'm preparing myself to expect the worst.

I can see it happening, but that would fall into the "we got jobbed" category in my mind.
