Marquette vs.Wisconsin Basketball
When: Saturday, December 9th, 12:00pm
Where: Blake Street Tavern
2401 Blake Street (a few blocks North of Coors Field)
Denver, Colorado
The University of Wisconsin Mile High Alumni Chapter and the Marquette University Alumni Club are pleased to announce a food drive for the Food Bank of the Rockies. Please help us fight Christmas-season hunger in Colorado by bringing non-perishable food items* when you come to Blake Street Tavern to watch the Golden Eagles and Badgers in their annual basketball classic.
For your generosity the two alumni groups will give you a raffle ticket for each item you bring--with no limit! --for two $25 gift certificates at Blake Street Tavern redeemable at any other visit and a $25 gift certificate from www.Wisconsinmade.com. For the Badger faithful, there will also be a drawing for two tickets to any of the four Colorado hockey games the Badgers will be playing this season.
In addition, there will be a special raffle at $1/ticket for a hockey puck autographed by future Hall of Famer Joe Sakic.
If you don't want to bring food items, you will receive a raffle ticket for every $1 cash donation.
Don't miss this great opportunity to give back to our Colorado Community.
