Just read that Butch Lee's son is a freshmen on the Illinois team. As a 6'3" SG, he was the number 90 recruit in the Country last year per 24/7. Says Butch is active in his kid's development and recruitment. Per 24/7 offer list, we did not offer. Did we recruit him and if no, why?

Illinois was his only high major offer and he played 77 total minutes, about half of which was before January 1. Doesn't look like that big of a miss regardless of who his father is.
