Just reading some speculation that it had to do with a downed incursion radar at Fort Bliss.

It would have been better to simply not give a 10 day notification.

That's the part that raises suspicions. It's not uncommon to announce a brief suspension, but 10 days without warning?

Lifted or not, the US is going to start conducting actions in Mexico sooner than later.

Seriously though, the pathology of having to claim "cartel drones" for a party balloon is staggering. But, this happens when you put a drunken part-time weekend talk show host in charge of the most powerful military in history.
