The two guys we counted on most to take leaps were Chase and Zaide.

One quit and the other looks like he wants to.

Aside from that there is actually some good happening. Royce and Damarius look awesome. Nigel is taking what's given to him whether pass or score. Phillips is gaining confidence...but man, Chase...

When MU starts shooting 3s, bad things happen.

The inability to stay in front of people on D is a big problem. The D breaks down too fast for rotations to occur.

Butler is 1 for 10 from three, the other 14 field goals have been dunked, layups and paint.  That is just ridiculous.  Ben Gold going out past the three point line, gets picked, plays defense on guard, picker rolls to basket, Gold can't catch up, pass and dunk. Every....single....game. Why???

MU 2 for 12 from three, about right for them. Big free throw margin doesn't help either.

Need to do a better job of stopping the ball.  They let a guy drive right down the middle of the zone. That can't happen. If MU is going to pick up so far out in man, they need to do better job of staying in front of the ball to slow down the penetration. Need a few breaks here.

MU is so much more competitive when they make shots at the rim.  Talk about improvement.

Poor coaching to teach Stevens to kick that out to Ross for a three. Finish it at the hoop and realize the 3 is not your friend. Stevens gave up a good shot for a bad shot. Very big momentum change.

He should of just pulled it back and waited.. picked up his dribble with a prayer of a drive and Ross pass is only option left

5/27 from 3.
14 turnovers.
31 to 14 FT discrepancy (23 to 9 makes).
No player with 6 or more rebounds.

The MU team just has bad shooters. I'm surprised when one actually drops. The 3 should always be the last option for this team. Butler did a good job of attacking the ball when MU did get in the paint, knowing MU can't hurt anyone from 3. The loss is no surprise. Defense travels and MU is terrible on D.

I'd take him in heartbeat. He has made more free throws than entire MU team (12 for 13) to MU's nine, and almost as many threes (4) to MU's five.

MU gets it to two and typical Shaka offense, let's get three happy again, fails. 5 for 27. Terrible

Parham sort of disappeared in second half, think he had two points.

I am truly amazed how Ross has regressed in BE play, for a player who was selected to first team BE.  It is just not one aspect of his game, but an entirely of all. Oh well......

Encouraged by lots of moments from Nigel, Royce, and Damarius. Encouraged that Tre played 1 minute.

Hard to win when you shoot 5-27 from deep and when your senior leaders make mistake after mistake. But there's a significant shift in this team from December the more this has become Nigel's show.

We need more size and we need better shooting. Hopefully Shaka can make those changes in April.

What was interesting and totally poor coaching was bringing in Norman and Hamilton at the same time, luckily he saw that and took both out after a minute.  He must have realized how stupid that was.  Stevens showed tonight, why they need to bring another guard in.  Still wonder how Walker does in practice? Is he the answer next year or a transfer?
