So, CBP agents find 2 dangerous criminal illegal immigrants with ties to a foreign gang. These 2 use their vehicle as a weapon to attack the CBP agents. The CBP agents are forced to use their guns in defense to protect themselves, shooting/injuring the 2 immigrants.
And then the agents just leave? Don't apprehend these dangerous criminal illegals? Don't call in the shooting? Don't get medical care involved?
Getting the heck out of there and ignoring medical aid to go into hiding seems to be standard protocol based on recent events.

That's actually fine and expected.
But if the whole point of the deployment/raids is to keep Americans safe by getting rid of dangerous illegal criminals, why didn't they apprehend the 2 they had just shot?

They shot them in the parking lot of a medical clinic. No need to call, it's being efficient.
As long as the agents went home and used beef tallow as an oil for whatever they cooked, it's OK.

I give credit for the lack of violence in Portland. I had a front row seat for the violence and destruction during 2020-21, and parts of downtown still haven't recovered.

I live fairly close to this incident (ten mins down the road). It's not a comforting feeling!
