I like the old school look. There's a professionalism to it. But these days no one cares. Heck, I dress better going to Home Depot than people do to church on Sunday. It's the is what it is, as they say.
Also, all NFL coaches should dress like Tom Landry.

I like the polo's he wears. I wish more of them were available to the general public. The co-ordinated long sleeve base layer versus the more typical quarter zip is a nice touch.

In a nitpick, I hate the look of long sleeves under a short sleeve.
But I don't care what shaka wears. He's not paid a lot of $ to dictate fashion.

We paid $30k/year for Buzz to have a fashion coordinator. I'll take the savings Shaka is realizing by wearing polos and plow it into NIL.

As a bland quarter zip wearer, I will steer clear of tower.
Oh, I wear them, too. 7 MU polos, 4 QZs, one hoodie, two baseball caps, one stocking cap. Mixing, matching. Throwing base layers under polos just for variety. Other combos have all been done.
