Thought it was going to be Nigel. Then Chase murdered someone and that's too fitting in Milwaukee.
Ross or James
James
Ben Gold
Stevens. Stats don't tell you everything. He was excellent on both ends of the floor, made the right decisions. Zero turns.
Its Ross again.. lets be honest
Tucker Devries
Nigel.
Now I'm with you, wades, still it's NJ.
Clearly Chase. Led us in points and assists. efficient.
NJ, Stevens, Gold all honorable mention.
Ben briiiiick goooold, should have had a double double. Unfortunately Shaka pulled early on the Trojans
Trifecta of Ben, Chase and Nigel. A team effort tonight.

You sond like Muggsy
Chase
Ben Gold. Great defense and controlled the defensive glass. Wouldn't complain about Ross or NJ getting it.
Chase for that dunk alone.
James and Stevens were both really good. Parham also had a nice game.

Any idea if this is the first time Ben lead the team in minutes? Seems like that could be a first for him.

He led the team with 37 minutes last January in the home win over Georgetown. Had a poor offensive outing, but held Sorber to 11 points on just 5 shots from the field.
Kam also played 37.
Mr. Gold
+/- is a flawed stat.... but anytime a player has +44 in 25 minutes, it means he was doing great things

Agree Trifecta of Nigel Chase and Ben. If I had to pick I pick Ben since I felt he had the best defense and incredible rebounding radius.
3 near double doubles in 4 games.
Chase, his Ortg was off the charts.

Agreed. Ben was great. SOTG. And I still think he can do better offensively.
As for plus minus, flawed stat especially when you have four great players on the court and some random player. But with all the lineup combinations Shaka has used this year and no clear cut all Americans on the team, it is slightly more reliable.

Agree Ben SOTG slightly over Chase and Nigel.
Honorable mentions Royce perfect shooting from the floor and Adrien 5 steals.
BG for sure
SOTG fatigue has already set in. IMO, Chase was the best by a nose.
Nigel, Ben, and Royce are honorable mention.
Im on record for Ben being the clear SOTG. But I will concede that Chases dunk was about as studly as you can get
I think Shaka is trying to manage Ben's minutes in the cupcakes games to protect his shins as well as get the young guys run. Remember, Ben sat out the Italy trip as well as being impacted last season.
I thought Nigel controlled the game almost every minute he was on the court, so I'd pick him. But I loved the contributions of Ben, Chase and Adrien and would have no problem with any of them being picked.
The notion that anybody other than Chase would lead this team in scoring still kind of makes me chuckle. He is the best player on the team, he will lead us in minutes played, he'll hit his share of 3s, and he is by far the most likely to be aggressive and get to the FT line.
Ben "Kiwi" Gold
Chase. His third SOTG on his way to 20 this season.

No SOTG when we lose
SOTG should be BeeGee.
He had Marquette stayin alive on the defensive end.

It would be a Tragedy if he didn't get it.

That says Ross got the Domino of the game. But Gold is the Only player with 2 Awards In the Multiplier of the game Award and the O-Reb Award.
Seriously I do not know how to interpret that or what does that equate to lol

Domino of the game is voted on by the players and coaches after every game..........it's their opinion of player of the game or mvp.
Multiplier is the guy with the best plus minus for that game.
