I can't see how anyone could drink wine, milk, or beer without adding ice to them first.
Otherwise, Scotch neat, or a good old fashioned are staples. And after a big meal, Grappa always hits the spot.
Basically three beverages remain in my life:
Coffee until noon
Sparking water all afternoon and with meals
Dry red wine with dinner. I'm currently down a rabbit hole of Russian River Valley Pinot Noir but also prefer Stellenbosh Cabernet Sauvinon, Margeret River Cabernet, and a few of the better Napa Cabs. My tastes are very specific and are not shared by many so when in company I order a good Malbec or Pinot Noir so others can enjoy.

Your hands can't be idle if both are holding a drink.
I drink 100% pure Kona Peaberry Coffee.
🍺 but in moderation and only elite beer.
A wide range of teas.
Tons of water, no ice.
On very rare occasions I have an Amaretto with vanilla ice cream.
Not usually a white wine guy, but currently drinking some blend that my wife picked up at our favorite wine shop.

Hey, Satan is a main character on South Park this season.
My beverage habits have changed with not only age but the natural progression of living arrangements. But by and large it's always been cold drinks, so I'm fully on board with the pro ice cube agenda. But I'm also a huge diverse beverage person
As a bachelor, I never cared for coffee and always had a pitcher of black tea with lemon and a pitcher of mint tea with lime in my fridge. I still love both but don't drink gallons of it anymore. I drink more iced coffee to consolidate the beverages with my wife, but will always take an Earl Grey, black (much to the horror of Brits and those in HK), if given the choice.
My all time favorite beverage is Cool Blue Gatorade. An ice cold CBG after a sports game, a round of golf, etc... is one of my favorite simple pleasures. But given I try not to take in 35+ grams of sugar in sitting, that's few and far between these days.
One of my beverage quirks is that I hate sparkling water on its own. Have never ordered a bottle of sparkling at a restaurant, never enjoyed a Lacroix, Perrier, or Spindrift...but I do enjoy a fine bubble in other beverages. I think it's likely a hold other from a spell of drinking a decent amount of Celsius/Alani/Bai5. I usually would mix them in a larger water bottle of powdered lemonade or flavored water. So I'll do the same with a big bottle of TJs sparkling water and it works.
Alcohol wise, I've been a gin drinker since I was 22. I've had stretches with whiskey, love tequila for a shot or cocktail, but gin is my standard. My go-to at home drink became a Chelsea Sidecar (gin, triple sec, lemon juice) during COVID for ease of creation, taste, and potency. It's stuck around. My other great love is sake. Got very into it when I got friendly with a sushi bar near where I stayed in HK for the first times 10ish years ago and the owner enjoyed having me taste different bottles. It's my choice 10/10 times over beer or wine. I had a sparkling sake from a Jean Georges collab that was the best alcoholic beverage I've ever tasted.
Funny enough, we are more likely to have a bottle of vodka is the house though because it's way more versatile if just mixing with lemonade or something or other for a quick mixed drink when watching tv or a movie.
I also love to go to the "variety" beverage sections at TJs/Whole Foods/etc.. and try all sorts of random stuff. ACV drinks, kombuchas, non alcoholic tea cocktails, ginger drinks, etc
Alcohol: old and ancient world wines, whiskey/whisky is my go to, and I enjoy craft beers but not as much as I used to.
Non alcohol: almost exclusively soda water, spindrift or lacroix.
Coffee: medium roast or cold brew
Don't drink Gatorade, pop, or juice.
Milk.
Dark roast coffee. I grind the beans each time and brew with a French Press.
Various teas-mostly mint or ginger-in the evening.
Occasional glass of red wine or craft beer. No particular winery or brewery, but I enjoy reading all the pretentious claims on the labels about all the subtle undertones of flavors in their beverages. I would like to see someone with the balls to write "Notice the distinctive musky note in our wine? That's due to our vineyards being downhill from a hog farm." We had a bottle of wine once with a humorous comment on the label. Something along the lines of "If you notice (fill in the blanks with a list of flavors), lie down and take a nap. You'll get over it." ;D
Rarely any soft drinks, but I really like a ginger beer from Maine. Not at all like the wimpy ginger ales on the market.

Milk. Water from the tap. Soft drinks. Energy drinks.

At least you listed more than just milk, like NCMUFan.
coffee is a must in the morning - light to medium roast with cream. Sometimes I'll sub in a flavored roast to switch up the routine.
during the day I'll do green tea
For "drinks," beer is still primary when I'm out. Usually a juicy hazy or IPA, but I'd been going lighter recently, like a good Mexican lager or a Pils.
At home it's bourbon or whiskey. Really enjoying the Sweetwater Cove Kenessee right now. But sometimes I really crave a Kentucky Mule.
If I do a wine, it's a California or Washington Cab, a red blend, or a Zin.
Milk, Sunny D (tangy). On the very rare occasion I want caffeine in the morning, a Starbucks chai tea, no water in it. In the office I've started using the Propel packets to mix into 16.9 oz of water. I used to rarely drink soda (Vanilla Coke, Sprecher cream soda, or Sprite when I did), but there's a soda shop by our house that my wife loves so now I drink way more than I would like to. Go to there is 50/50 Sprite/lemonade with blue raspberry syrup in it.
I tried a sip of my mom's coffee when I was a teenager and tried a sip of my wife's coffee early in our marriage. I hated it both times, so those 2 sips represent my lifetime coffee intake.
I drink a cup of hot tea every morning, usually Earl Grey, with a teaspoon of honey and lemon, but sometimes flavored herbal tea. Used to drink a significant amount of iced tea every day, but lately I mostly drink ice water throughout the day.
I probably went 30 years during which I had a total of maybe 30 cans/bottles of soda, but I've recently enjoyed the "zero" products - Coke Zero, A&W Zero, 7-UP Zero, etc. I'll have maybe 2-3 of those a week.
I still like craft beer, mostly hazy IPAs, sours, ambers and wheats, but I don't imbibe as much as I used to. Very occasionally a cocktail such as a bloody Mary, mule, rum drink or the like. Just about the only time I have wine is if a friend has invited us for dinner and that's what they serve.
Sour beers, Mint Green Tea from Rishi, fizzy water, cold brew coffee with cinnamon and oat milk, Paraduxx red wine blend, a good Malbec/cotes du Rhone/rose, bourbon/whiskey and Fresca, Coke Zero, espresso martini from down the street, dirty martini, Negroni or spritz (the more bitter, the better)
Water, lots of water, always filtered, almost never straight from the tap, rarely bottled
During Covid we started doing Martini Fridays. I will have a gin martini (or rye Manhattan) and my bride will typically have a fufu cocktail in a martini glass. We will have Sinatra/Bennett/Darin playing and for a good hour just talk. Word has gotten out and at least every couple of months some friends or family will invite themselves over to partake.

One more beverage-a seasonal one. Apple cider. We have several orchards in our county, and the apple cider here is the real deal, not that crap sold in the grocery stores. I sometimes add a little cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg to mine. This time of year, I drink a lot of it.

We've had zero hurricanes hit Florida since they banned fluoride in the water. Coincidence? I think not. Or it could be the fact we banned chemtrails. Or maybe a combination.

Growing up, my dad worked for Coke. In fact, my grandfather was one of the original bottlers before my dad and uncle had a Big D Rodeo, and he sold it. So, I grew up drinking Coke, I love a good, sharp, poppy swig. It's way better than Pepsi, right Tower 😁
My mom would always say, if you want a Coke, drink a real Coke with real sugar. Don't drink all that diet crap. Well, today I have replaced the swig of real Coke with Coke Zero, and it's all over Europe. I will say, Coke Zero makes everything you drink after it taste very strange. Muggs, sometimes I just love a good, nostalgic sip.

I shouldn't have made such a blanket statement. Maybe not everything, but I have noticed it. I had a funny encounter in Italy where I ordered a glass of red wine and a Coke Zero, cause, well, I wanted that swig. The host looked at me funny and basically said uh no, or at least don't drink the coke first as it will mess with the flavor of the wine. Made me chuckle.
