106. A lover of God, a lover of basketball.
She made it to 106, so probably.

She was probably taking Tylenol
I would hope so. Things get achy at that age.
Sympathies to the Loyola (Chicago) community.
Sister Jean was an incredible woman who saw her calling and lived it to the fullest.
Thanks Sister for such an incredible example. May you rest in peace.
May we all live our lives the way Sister Jean lived hers.
We can all only hope that we are rooting for our favorite basketball team at age 105.
A well earned rest for Sister Jean.
So I assume the Ramblers will be wearing denim patches this season in her honor?

106 years of celibacy? A few folks here have a chance!
It's a huge loss for the Loyola community. May she rest in peace.

Not if they marry a nice trad wife who will submit to her man as a good, righteous, and proper woman should...
Eventually, I felt bad for my feelings towards Sister Jean in 2018/2019. I realized she was like the Tebow effect a decade earlier, a good person whose story/persona got insufferable based on incessant and often corny media coverage...not a result of anything they actually did.
We should all be so fortunate to live a full life and then still have a tremendous encore act the final decade of our lives.

Ditto. Well stated, Wags.
After Loyola lost to Michigan in the 2018 Final Four, Sister Jean asked to be wheeled into the Michigan locker room where she heartily congratulated the Michigan players on their win.
Class Act.
