Crawford with a later round TKO.
Stephen A.Smith was booed pre-fight.
Very good action in rd. 9. But Crawford is completely out boxing Alvarez. Going toe to toe to close the fight could be dangerous.
That was an impressive and dominant performance by Crawford. I thought he won 11/12 rounds.
The scorecards were close but unanimous for Crawford. 115-113 on two scorecards is a complete joke. At worst Crawford won 9/12 rounds.
Pride of Omaha!
Warren Buffett is a little old to be boxing, no?

That was a joke. At best Canelo won three rounds. That was a brilliant plan and execution by Crawford. Hes used his five inch reach advantage so well. Canelo was visibly frustrated at the end of every round.
As a side note I thought the announcers of the fight last night were an abomination. They were openly pro Alvarez and Kellerman in particular was talking nonsensically during the entire fight.

My buddy said they were the regular UFC announcers (I don't know UFC guys) and yes, they were awful. Timothy Bradley needs to be on any major boxing broadcast.
I had no idea Crawford started as a
Lightweight. That makes his complete domination the other night even more impressive. I should have gotten into boxing as a youngster.
