It's way too simple to say don't let them get into transition and win but... I'm pretty sure that's the case for MU on Friday. That and much more in the link.

On the season, MU has been pretty good at it, per CBB Analytics.

But who have they beaten since January 1st?

More top 50 kenpom teams than Marquette.

Raise the banner.
I'm more concerned about their defense than their offense...
We've had a few of "their" fans register, maybe they'll tell us more. How 'bout it
@Lobomav or
@Lobozzz ?
If they're good in transition, does that mean we need to limit the amount of full court press we use? Would just having Stevie harass Dent alone be enough to slow them down without giving up easy buckets in transition?
Dent is the straw that stirs the drink and they attack the basket relentlessly, particularly in transition.
As I recall, Western Kentucky was another fast-paced team. They gave MU fits for a half last year.

That isn't transition, need to limit misses from outside. Press when make baskets & slow them down.

Not to worry. Ben will block at least 10 shots.
