Here's hoping both teams play hard and have fun.  It's also important both teams play for the name on the front of the jersey and not the back.  Sports isn't about winning and losing, it's about teamwork and being the best you.

We're getting mostly good looks. The defensive intensity shows up most days. But they aren't shooting with confidence.

And you see a lot of uncertainty offensively from just about everyone other Royce.

Pretty lazy play by Kam and Chase at the end of the half. A real lack of focus. The struggles continue. Outside of the opening dunk, Ross has been fairly invisible. They need more scoring from him. Norman and Jop's three misses were so bad it was a little shocking. Probably need to shorten the bench a bit, even though Hamilton made the best pass against the zone. Would have helped my blood pressure if they played 40 solid minutes. Maybe we'll get 20.

Can't sleepwalk into a game coming off three losses. Should have been ready to blow the doors off...which suggests we just aren't very good right now as Paint Touches illustrated today.

A 50 point half would be nice right now, though I guess we should just be looking for the W.

I'm expecting this team to come out and play with max intensity in 2nd half.  They cannot be happy with that half.  Doesn't mean we'll be able to make a shot, but the defensive intensity had better be the highest of the year.  If not, then this team is finished.

3 for 15 from distance.  Most were pretty wide open.  Our putrid shooting continues to kill us.  But we have not attacked with force/authority enough.

It's Depaul.  You call the TO to set up a play and run it because in the final four with 3.2 seconds left in the game down 1 you need a play you've run before.  Gotta coach 40 minutes, gotta play 40 minutes.

This team is going to hell in a handbasket. It's a collective funk. Shaka, you gotta do something to wake 'em up. First off, I'd sit Chase's ass for that bonehead play. Hard to see a good March coming.

Lots of blame to go around. This is a veteran team and the mistakes and it seems like lack of mental toughness makes you think it is a very young team.

I don't get the roster construction, it doesn't seem to match what Shaka wants to do with the absolute lack of 3 point shooting.

Definitely seems to be the first time here that shakas coaching can be a bit questioned, even if we win team has been playing like crap for over a month no way to sugarcoat it

We look awful!! When are the coaches going to take charge and get tough. WE ARE NOT A THREE POINT SHOOTING TEAM.... 3-15 in first half...crap offensive action. Get back to twos, moving, cutting, getting in deeper for twos and fouls and offensive rebounds. Assists must come from others than Kam. Watch the tape of the Wisconsin game....another loss at home would call for dire measures....shake up big time...

A lot of it comes down to 3pt shooting. The offensive attack based on taking a ton of 3s isn't working because they don't shoot them well. 20% again in the first half. Something needs to give.

That's the crazy thing to me

Even legitimately bad basketball teams have a game or two over a month where they black out.

We are lucky to even have a 50% shooting half. And if we do we know they will keep shooting and by games end be at 35% from deep at best.

Its crazy
