Do you put your money where your mouth is?
Usually when you try to put your money where someone else's mouth is, they kick you out

I lied on this poll
I don't have dentist money.
$0.00
I've already spent over $100K to go to Marquette. They can make it work without anymore from me.

Well, you are the rich uncle. Didn't see a $ figure for you.

While my bill was only about half that much in the 90s, I felt that way for several years after graduation. I eventually started giving Marquette money, especially because I had a an anonymous donor come through when I was in financial trouble during my college years (no fault of my own).
That said, NIL is different. Maybe someday MUScoop will pay a lad for some promotion.

This team's inability to execute in big games is directly attributable to that attitude. Hope you're happy.

I will donate $69 in the name of scoop
I'd donate a few bucks but only if I could get a guarantee it goes to a big in the portal.
I make my contributions to charities, not to pay professional basketball players.
If my failure to donate money to MU's or my alma maters' sports programs makes them less competitive, so be it. My interest in college sports is going to fade as millions of dollars are spent to keep 24 and 25 year olds playing "college" sports.

You'll be missed greatly
My MU donations over the last few years have gone go the Volleyball program, the new rec center and the Dreamers scholarship for DACA students. My wife has donated to MU funds important to her like the backpack program. I'm not giving to NIL for individual players already getting all of their school costs, plus more, to get more money.

Let me be clear about my stance. I'm 100% in favor of basketball players (and all students) ability to profit from the free market. Hell, I couldn't have paid for college if I couldn't work.
That's not currently where I donate my money to Marquette however.
If I thought my business could benefit from the "sponsorship" of a Marquette athlete, I'd pay them. Actually surprised they're not soliciting me.

This NIL collective & Marquette University share no affiliation. Thus, this question is #FakeNews #Lies propaganda.
$10 per deflection.
I had $10k set aside. I decided to subtract 1 penny for every negative post on scoop. So they owe me money.

It's the travel fund I donated to. Not money to go in their pockets.

I was afraid it was too subtle.
