In 2022, Cracked Sidewalks pointed out metric disparities in the ESPN-owned BPI metric that seemed to favor teams with ESPN media contracts over teams contracted to other leagues. As BPI is on the team sheet, that was a big deal. After years of bracketologists digging into these numbers, it looks like ESPN has changed the metric and brought it more in line with the others. Today we dig into that, as well as a new S-Curve and bracket:

Wow! If the Jonhnies make the S16 they virtually play a home game in Newark, whereas we get shipped off to Atlanta.

as well as Creighton and only 3 Big East team can make the final 4 reducing the Conferences revenue stream.

Shaka should stick it to the NCAA by turning down a bid so we can host NIT games.
