Chase had a great game last night. Just wondering if his new hair style is a good luck charm and if it was a one time thing or if is the start of something new?
His hair was awesome.
I hope he goes full theo John and starts doing a new hairdo every game
Make bold hair choices while you still can.
Ha when I first saw him out there without seeing his number I thought who the heck is that? lol
Sideshow Chase
And a small thing, but it helps demonstrate his growing confidence/comfortability in being more in the center of attention.
I wouldn't mind seeing Ben with a fresher 'do—always looks like he just rolled out of bed. Might help his confidence too!
Wow, ladies, I never thought I would see a thread here about hairstyles.
IMO he can wear it any way he likes as long as it isn't blocking his vision. But it does make me think of Sideshow Bob.
Bring back Terry Reason, the first player at MU in memory that had the flowing mane, He played back in early 80s IIRC and when recruited by MU was one of the highest scorers in Calif. history. Think he was a Majerus recruit.

Me too, I was furiously trying to figure out which starter wasn't starting. Then I saw the number.

He's out of eligibility

Terry Reason did not have a flowing mane. It was a mullet Jehri curl. I recall him being referred to as "Helmet Head".

IDK if Majerus was the lead assistant recruiting Reason, but Hank was definitely the head coach when he arrived on campus

I was on campus back then, he hit the ganja hard, cool dude, believe left the team at one point. But I was gowne by that time.

I just did a little research. An article says he was dismissed from the squad his senior year by Majerus for unspecified reasons. Does anybody remember that and know what happened.
Sorry Warriorchick but back then I recall some calling it a flowing mane but your description is probably more accurate. Wonder what ever happened to him.

Don't know for sure but possibly Hank was AD at the time.

I used to do bong hits with Hank
Hank was a drunk not an pothead. Majerus was still a few years away from being a good coach, also got rid of Duane Johnson. Always liked Terry and was sad when he left the program.
I always thought of Terry reason's hairdo a kin to the boyfriend in the movie Coming to America.

Agree. Chase's hair looked great. Made him seem taller.

So very true. While Chase's fuller hair made him kook taller, Kam and Joplin's hair styles made them look shorter.
No hair of the game if we lose
Talking about hair

Terry was a Hank recruit who was denied his scholarship by Majerus along with Vic Lazeretti.

That's a great song by the Spinners!
He wore it like that in an earlier game this season too. Making up for Stevie trimming his.
