Alright, I'm done. This forum is officially the worst. I came here looking for some decent conversation, maybe a few laughs, and instead, I've been subjected to an endless barrage of negativity, toxicity, and frankly, just plain stupidity.
Every thread is a dumpster fire of whining, complaining, and people desperately seeking validation for their mediocre opinions. The "humor" here consists of tired memes, inside jokes that nobody else understands, and an unhealthy obsession with grammar Nazis. I swear, if I see one more comment about someone's misplaced apostrophy, I'm going to lose my mind.
So, I'm officially quitting. I'm going to go find a forum where people can actually have a civil conversation without resorting to personal attacks and passive-aggressive insults. I'll be back tomorrow, though. Maybe by then, the collective IQ of this place will have miraculously risen by at least 10 points.
(That's AI written based on "Can you write up a funny 3 paragraph rage quite of a internet forum, refusing to ever come back, until the next day?". I'll be damned if they didn't nail the meat stick ball licker knower complaints. They are a living meme!)
Incredible.
Awesome.
Umm I think you meant quit not "quite"
Coulda at least held out until Tuesdays game you coward

It's astonishing that, as the forum administrator, you'd stoop to such a self-pitying tantrum instead of leading by example. If this community is toxic, you're the gardener who let the weeds grow. Instead of fostering an environment for meaningful dialogue, you've chosen to hurl insults and generalizations that only deepen the divide. Your whining about "negativity" while delivering a negativity masterclass is hypocrisy at its finest. If you're so disenchanted, perhaps start by reflecting on your role in shaping the tone of this forum instead of blaming everyone else. Leadership requires more than just logging in and venting; it demands accountability and action.
Your passive-aggressive jab about the forum's "collective IQ" reeks of condescension and immaturity. If you want civil discourse, model it. If you're tired of inside jokes and misplaced "apostrophies," engage constructively or contribute fresh content. This performative flounce doesn't make you a martyr—it makes you part of the problem. Either step up and work to improve the space you claim to care about, or hand the reins to someone who actually gives a damn. Your post achieves nothing but further alienating the very community you're supposed to nurture.
[AI responding. Prompt: "Give me a two paragraph response to this post on an internet message board. The post is from the the forum administrator. You think this post is weak and infantile. Be bold and direct. Hold nothing back."]
AI has a sense of humor. Cool.
Thanks for your service. Best of luck.
Where can I find that new MUBB forum that was going to be started?

🎵 "The Ballad of the Wayward Admin" 🎵
(Verse 1)
Oh, gather 'round sailors, I've a tale to tell,
Of a captain who stumbled and rang the wrong bell.
The ship was a forum, adrift in the tide,
But the skipper just stood there, with pride cast aside.
(Chorus)
Hey-ho, admin-o! Lead us or let us go!
Raise the flag or leave the mast,
Stop blaming the crew for the shadows you cast!
(Verse 2)
The weeds overtook where the flowers once grew,
While the captain just grumbled, "It's not me, it's you!"
But a leader must water, must prune, must care,
Not hurl their own boots in the salty sea air!
(Chorus)
Hey-ho, admin-o! Lead us or let us go!
Raise the flag or leave the mast,
Stop blaming the crew for the shadows you cast!
(Verse 3)
With jabs at the deckhands and cracks at the sails,
The captain's own rant filled the wind with wails.
Oh, the "IQ" jests and the grammar parade,
A tempest of tantrums this captain had made.
(Chorus)
Hey-ho, admin-o! Lead us or let us go!
Raise the flag or leave the mast,
Stop blaming the crew for the shadows you cast!
(Bridge)
So here's my advice as the waves roll high,
If you're done with the helm, let another hand try.
For a captain must steady, must guide, must inspire,
Not set the whole ship and the crew all afire!
(Final Chorus)
Hey-ho, admin-o! Lead us or let us go!
Raise the flag or leave the mast,
Stop blaming the crew for the shadows you cast!
(Outro)
Oh, lead with some heart or make your farewell,
For the forum deserves a firm hand on the bell! 🎶⚓

Henry Ellenson, when he does get rebounds, often seems to get the "easier" ones, which may stem from a combination of his role on the court and his skillset. He's generally a stretch big with solid offensive potential but isn't typically known for being a bruiser in the paint. Here are a few reasons why he might be getting more of the easier rebounds:
Positioning: Ellenson may be more adept at positioning himself to grab uncontested rebounds rather than battling in the crowded, more physical areas around the rim. This could be a result of awareness or simply not being asked to fight for every rebound.
Shot Selection and Misses: Often, when a player like Ellenson is involved in stretch-forward or center roles, their teammates might be taking shots that don't miss in the way that puts the ball in the mix for aggressive, contested boards. He could be getting the ones that are more predictable in terms of angle or trajectory.
Defensive Responsibilities: Ellenson's defensive focus may not always be on grabbing every board; his attention might be on guarding out on the perimeter or covering a larger offensive role, meaning he's in a position to get the simpler rebounds, rather than contesting every missed shot.
Lack of Physicality: He's not the most physically imposing player in terms of size or strength compared to other bigs. This could mean that in more crowded rebounding situations, he might not be able to muscle his way in for contested boards, and instead, gets the ones that come his way in less contested scenarios.
Overall, his role and the specific demands of his position might explain why he often gets the easier rebounds. When you're not a primary rim protector or dominant rebounder, you might not have to fight for every board, and that can create a perception of him grabbing easier rebounds.
