Damn.  This just made me realize I don't think I have any device that can play my CDs anymore.  I would always just use my computer but now that I think about it those don't have CD drives anymore.

I do still have a VCR though.

I got one. I'll give you the Scoop discount and sell it to you for $500 plus $100 shipping and handling.

Back to the title....

Even 23 years later, that day is still fresh in my mind.

Yeah, I still have a box of CDs somewhere, but haven't used a CD player in years.

During a move 20 years ago, I finally dumped about 200 cassette tapes dating back to high school. I'll probably do the same with the CDs next time I need to clear out some space.

I own a 2014 Honda Pilot (humblebrag) with CD player, so you bet I can still rock out my "Nevermind" an "Siamese Dream" CDs any time I wish.

I have a DVD of my wedding, but I don't have a DVD player.

I also have old pirated copies of Windows and Photoshop burned to CD-Rs with the keys written on them. I think that's the entirety of the discs I still own.

Same.  Ive actually never had a car with a proper CD player.  My first car was a Honda Accord that didn't have one and I had an after market 6 CD changer wired into the truck I needed a janky remote for.  Then my next car I got around 2008 was used but was the first generation around 2005 that didn't have a CD player standard.  Just an Aux plug-in.  Now obviously you arent getting a CD player in a car.

Same with my laptop, though I have an older Macbook that still has one.

Not 0%.  Constant vigilance is needed to protect ourselves from terrorist attacks.   Foreign and domestic.   I am far more worried about a second January 6th.

More likely an attack on a soft target (infrastructure) rather than anything airport related.

  why zero chance??

maybe not the magnitude of 9-11 although i am not 100% ruling out a possibility, but a multitude of smaller attacks??  also, what constitutes a terror attack?

ohhh please...the anti israeli uprisings are way worse and will continue to escalate unless they are stopped.  the rise of human trafficking and slavery with cartels taking over pockets of our country is a dirty little secret as well

They're disguised as Haitians so no one notices that they're training to invade the Capitol again.

It's called distraction.

We're just being anti-fascists like the rest of the real patriots out there. Knocking nazis out at punk rock shows like it's still the 90s

Edit: I know this was originally a joke, but this the highlights of what Anti-Racist Action has been up to since the 80s/90s https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-Racist_Action

At the solemn 9/11 event, the previous president was accompanied by Laura Loomer. In addition to being an infamous racist and homophobe, Loomer for years has insisted that 9/11 was "an inside job."

Perfect.

Seems like every picture of them together, they have their hands all over each other.

Courting the frustrated Christian vote, I guess.
